NCFM Co. is a subsidiary joint stock company, established in March 1967, by presidential decree No. 2474/1965.

Reestablished according to provisions of the public business sector law no. 203 / 1991 and its executive regulation.

Now it's one of the subsidiary company of the holding Co. for food industries

3,500,000 shares owned by the Holding Co. for Food Industries.

2,004,960 shares owned by normal and incorporeal idividuals.

495,040 shares owned by the Company union of shareholders.
