NCFM is one of the subsidiary companies of the holding co. for food industries.
Permitted capital of the company, amounts to L.E. 150 million.
Issued and paid capital of the company amounts to L.E. 60 million , distributed into 6 million shares, with a nominal value of L.E. 10 per share divided as follows:
- 3,500,000 shares owned by the Holding Co. for food industries.
- 2,004,960 shares owned by normal and incorporeal individuals.
- 495,040 shares owned by the company union of shareholders.
Fixed assets amounts to L.E. 200 million.
The total milling capacity of the company is 1.200.000 tonnes annually.
Pasta production is about 30.000 tonnes annually.
Bakeries production is about 7 million loaves per day.
