North Cairo Flour Mills Co, is a leading company in milling industry and pasta in Egypt and Middle East, - a subsiary Joint Stock Company, established in march 1976  - One of the subsidiary companies of the Holding Co, for food industries . – Permitted capital of the company amounts to L.E 150 million, - Issued and paid capital of the company amounts to L.E 60  million, - distributed into 6 million shares -  NCFM Co, awarded the (ISO 9002) in 1999 and (ISO 9001) in 2004 – The Basic Products for Company are : Flour Products  including , - Patent Flour (72% extraction)  about  500  Tons / Day – 82 %  Extraction Flour  about  2900 Tons / Day –  & Pasta Products including , Mena Cairo , produced from special 72% extraction flour , -  it represents about 90% of the total output of macaroni , - The Other macaroni products including several shapes like Spaghetti, Rega , Letters , Oven , Albo …etc . The NCFM Co owns a great fleet that covers about 90% of its annual needs either , - to deliver wheat to mills or to deliver the output products to its clients. – The fleet consists of about 209 several kinds of trucks, lorries & vans its capacity about 2160  Tons Per Mission – in addition to 60 vehicles ( buses, private cars & other services cars). – The NCFM has storage capacity of silos & granaries nearly 151000 Tons .

 
 

NCFM has concentrated on maintaining a high level of quality control and detailed technical advice for
  
its customers.Large state-of-the-art laboratories constantly monitor production for qualitystandards,
   ISO 9001 Checking for quality is a consideration throughout the milling process.Wheat is monitored
   from receiving through storage, blending, cleaning and tempering to insure its wholesomeness and 
 
 uniformity to the mill. Wheat is checked for test weight, moisture, protein, falling number and
 
 dockage. All flour discharges from sifter as well as the rebolt whip are checked each shift.Product
  
characteristics tested include moisture, protein, ash and granulation. This process provides
   information about mill yields and flour quality.There are so many things that we do to check flour
 
  quality. Flour is tested for ash, moisture, protein, ph, enzyme activity, stability and absorption.
   Quality tests include bake performance.Outside labs are used to test for pesticide residues,
  
particle size distribution, micro counts, etc.To our customers, absolute uniformity from shipment
   to shipment is the ultimate measurement of quality.
European quality certification institute stated
 
 that the quality system of NCFM Co. is in compliance with the quality system standard ISO 9002
   in March 1999. NCFM the leading Egyptian flour milling company and its two giant flour-mills
   El-Marwa and El- Kawthar have qualified to use the American quality wheat seal in their packaging
  
which signifies that products have been made from quality American wheat. El-Kawthar Flour-mill
   awarded the quality seal on 26/1/1996 while El-Marwa Flour-mill awarded the quality seal logo on
