The meeting was also attended by the leaders of the oversight and distribution sector at the Ministry of Supply, in order to follow up the position of mill companies and discuss their different needs and requirements for raising efficiency in a way that guarantees the quality of flour produced by mill companies for use in the production of subsidized municipal bread.

Al-Muselhi stressed the need to raise the efficiency and capabilities of the general business mills companies, so that they can compete in the markets and work to improve various products, the most important of which is flour extraction 82, in order to produce a loaf of bread with high quality and specifications.

The heads of companies reviewed the production capabilities of the mills of each company and the needs and requirements of each company to increase production rates efficiently while paying attention to the human component and training it well as raising the technical condition of machines and equipment in a positive way on the final product.

Al-Muselhi stressed the necessity of continuing the monitoring, follow-up, inspection and periodic passage of all mills of the public and private sectors and taking continuous samples to be examined with the competent authorities to ensure the quality of the flour used in the production of subsidized municipal bread.

For his part, Major General / Ahmed Hassanein, President of the Holding Company, emphasized the formation of a technical committee from the competent authorities of the Holding Company and the Ministry of Supply to study and evaluate the needs of South Cairo and Giza Mills Company in a manner that guarantees raising efficiency and improving capabilities to ensure continued competition and raising the efficiency of the final product, provided that the committee reports its work to the master Dr. Minister of Supply and Internal Trade
